In 2005, Roxanne Henderson launched her own successful Royal LePage franchise which operated from two offices located in the GTA, spring-boarding the communities of Georgina and Bradford systematically into the real estate spotlight to the delight of her exceptional client service team and area residents alike.

In 2008, her brokerage was acquired by Royal LePage Your Community Realty. Since September 1, 2008, Roxanne has continued her career as a real estate selling broker with the same company.

Roxanne’s outstanding reputation in the real estate industry has earned her status among the top 2% of real estate professionals licensed with the Toronto Real Estate Board. She gained considerable experience in international real estate investment opportunities prior to launching her career in real estate with Royal LePage York North Realty in 1999.

Prior to her career in real estate Roxanne had previously spent more than 15 years assuming various senior-level positions within the banking, transportation and retail industries.

Her last senior executive position was Vice-President Human Resources and Partner, CCG Management Consultants with Credit Union Central of Ontario in 1992. Prior to that, she held the position of Director Human Resources with Granada Canada Ltd and Director Human Resources, Purolator Courier Ltd. She also held the position of Manager, Human Resources with Crothers Limited dating back to the mid 80’s.

Gary Hodder, Sales Representative

Gary Hodder is a licensed real estate Sales Representative working within the Boomer Zoomer Team as a Buyer specialist within the GTA.

Enjoying over 25 years of successful business experience working within the insurance industry both here in Canada and the UK. Gary held senior management and consultancy roles within this period. Of particular note was his 19-year association with the Aon Corporation where he reached Executive Director level within their subsidiary Aon Risk Services (UK) Limited.

In addition to his business responsibilities Gary makes time to act as a charity volunteer helper with the York Centre for Children, Youth and Families, Richmond Hill.

Gary’s rounded working and life experience equips him to quickly build strong, genuine partnerships with the people he serves. His keen listening and communication skills, his eye for detail and strong negotiating capability blend to provide a unique and quality buying service for all involved.
